Job. 38:13 ‘Have you commanded the morning since your days began, and caused the dawn to know its place?’
Procrastination is something that we may find ourselves battling with once in a while. The problem lies in when it starts interfering with our job, business or relationships.
Being know as
The lady who’s always late.
The lady who never keeps her word.
The lady who is a ‘jack of all trades and master of none’
The lady who is always jumping on the band wagon looking for the next good things whilst never having finished the last.
The lady who says one thing but does another.
The lady who can not be relied on.
This is not a good thing & that lady is definitely not us…
What has helped me over the years was practicing speaking into my day, something I picked up after a service I attended years ago.
Command your morning, command your day. This is not about having an endless to do list that leaves you overwhelmed, but paying attention to the little unfinished projects that could be costing you.
I’m systematically detoxing from things that are not important to me. I can’t do everything and I’m not called to serve the whole world- What a relief!
To live in purpose you have to learn to say, ‘no’.
Those who understand, clearly respect your path and never take it personal – some may not understand and that’s okay too.
